diode laser hair reduction

At Naomi Waite Aesthetics clinic, we utilise the most advanced technologies to provide our clients with safe and effective hair removal treatments. Our Diode Laser Hair Reduction treatment is one of the best options for those looking to permanently reduce unwanted hair.

The Diode Laser Hair Reduction treatment we offer is a non-invasive procedure that uses a three-wavelength diode laser to target hair follicles. This allows the diode laser to penetrate deeper into the skin and efficiently destroy the hair follicles, preventing future hair growth.

Unlike traditional hair removal methods, Diode Laser Hair Reduction has minimal discomfort and side effects and the treatment is relatively painless.

One of the main benefits of our Diode Laser Hair Reduction treatment is that it is suitable for all skin types, including darker skin tones. This is because the three-wavelength diode laser can adjust to different skin and hair types, making it a highly versatile hair removal option.

At Naomi Waite Aesthetics clinic, we recommend a series of treatments to achieve the best results. Typically, clients will need between six to eight treatments, depending on the area being treated and the hair density and growth cycle.

If you’re looking for a long-lasting solution to unwanted hair, our Diode Laser Hair Reduction treatment may be the perfect option for you. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering outstanding results in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Frequently asked questions

Diode 3 Wavelength Laser Hair Reduction is a treatment that aims to permanently reduce hair growth using laser technology. This treatment uses a diode laser that emits three wavelengths of light that penetrate the skin to target the hair follicles.

The laser heats up the hair follicles, damaging them and inhibiting future hair growth. The three different wavelengths allow for targeted treatment of different skin and hair types.

The treatment is known to be uncomfortable but not painful. Most people compare the sensation to that of a rubber band being snapped against their skin. However, a cooling gel is applied to the skin before the treatment to minimize discomfort.

The number of sessions needed will depend on the individual’s hair type, skin type, and the area being treated. Generally, six to eight sessions are recommended for optimal results.

The most common side effect is minor redness and swelling of the treated area, which usually subsides within a few hours. In rare cases, temporary pigment changes or blistering may occur.

This treatment is suitable for both men and women of all skin and hair types, but it may not be suitable for those with blonde, white, or grey hair. It is important to have a consultation with a qualified practitioner to determine if this treatment is right for you.

The length of each session will depend on the area being treated. Small areas such as the upper lip or chin may take only a few minutes, while larger areas like the legs or back may take up to an hour.

There is no downtime associated with this treatment, and you can immediately resume your normal activities. However, it is recommended to avoid direct sun exposure and to apply SPF to the treated area for at least a week after each session.

The cost of this treatment will depend on the area being treated and the number of sessions needed. We offer competitive pricing and packages that can be tailored to your individual needs. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

While this treatment helps reduce hair growth by targeting the hair follicles, it is not considered a permanent solution. However, many individuals enjoy long-lasting results and may only need maintenance treatments once or twice a year.
