Contact and consultation enquiries

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email address and your message) so we can respond to your enquiry. Submissions are sent to us by email using Resend, a third party email delivery service, and are not stored anywhere else on our systems.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti spam check, and a hidden field that helps us detect automated spam submissions. We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our own record keeping, then delete them.

We do not send an automatic reply to your submission, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission alone.

Booking a consultation or treatment

Bookings are made through Phorest, a third party salon booking platform. When you book with us through Phorest, its own privacy policy governs how your booking information is handled; we recommend reading it on the Phorest website.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies or advertising pixels.

On www.naomiwaite.co.uk the site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It loads a moment after the page (at your first tap, scroll or key press, or after five seconds), is provided by Google under its own privacy policy, and may set cookies.

We use a cookie-free page-view counter run by RankShark to understand which pages are visited. It records only the page address, the referring page or site and any campaign tag in the link. It sets no cookies. Your IP address is used only momentarily to block abuse and is never stored.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses as part of delivering the website to you; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.

Social media

We link to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts from this website. If you interact with us through those platforms, the relevant platform's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@naomiwaite.co.uk.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
